How the work actually gets done.

A predictable path from first conversation to a system your team owns and can run without us.

Discover

We map how work actually moves through your organisation before proposing anything. Most of what matters surfaces here.

Design

Architecture, interface and data model, reviewed with you. You see and sign off on the shape before we build it.

Two-week increments with something working at the end of each. No six-month silences.

Deploy & hand over

Production deployment, monitoring, documentation and training so your team can run it without us.

What guides it

The principles behind the process

Innovation without Borders

We challenge conventional approaches and adopt global best practice, while staying grounded in the realities of the markets we serve.

Quality over Haste

We prioritise robust, reliable and maintainable systems over rushed releases. Shipping something that breaks is not shipping.

African Solutions for African Challenges

We design for informal economies, intermittent connectivity, multi-currency environments and local languages — because that is the ground we stand on.

Transparency and Integrity

We are honest with customers, partners, employees and regulators, including when the honest answer costs us the work.

Continuous Learning

We invest in our team's growth and share what we learn openly with the Liberian and wider African technology community.

Questions

Working with us

With a conversation, then a short paid discovery. We would rather spend two weeks understanding the problem properly than quote confidently against a brief that turns out to be wrong.

Yes. We deliver across West Africa and work remotely with clients in Europe and North America. Monrovia's GMT position gives us a full working day overlapping both.

You do, entirely. Full source and IP transfer is standard in every engagement, along with the documentation needed to hand it to another team if you ever want to.

Often, yes. We start with an assessment of the codebase and infrastructure, then give you an honest recommendation — which is sometimes that a rewrite costs less than a rescue.
